MENTAL TOUGHNESS: Nicodemus earns honor

Churubusco High School graduate Jason Nicdemus was awarded the 2013 Ralph Everman Award for Mental Attitude for the North/South All-Star Game July 19.
Nicodemus is set to play for the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne this fall, along with fellow ’Busco alumnus Kyle Matthewson. Nicodemus holds Churubusco’s record for most career rushing touchdowns with 53 and is the second-leading rusher in Churubusco football history behind Matthewson.

The all-star game was held at North Central High School in Indianapolis. The South won 27-6.
