COLUMBIA CITY â€” The second man connected with the death of a local woman in a meth explosion will serve 16 years in jail.
Wade Burns, 22, was sentenced Monday to six years for reckless homicide and received 12 years, two of those suspended, for attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
