Middle schooler is mayor for a day

COLUMBIA CITY — A Whitko Middle School student got to do something many adults can’t do. He was “Mayor for a Day” in Columbia City Wednesday.
Christian England, 12, a sixth grader, spent the morning with Mayor Jim Fleck and became honorary mayor.
