Miller pleads guilty in St. Paul church burglary

COLUMBIA CITY— A man admitted in court Monday that he burglarized a church in Columbia City last winter.

Cody Miller, 21, of Columbia City, pleaded guilty to burglary in connection with an incident at St. Paul of the Cross Church.

No written plea agreement was entered, but upon his plea Miller said he was told a charge of theft against him would be dismissed.

Miller will be sentenced Sept. 23.
