Lamaze class-6 p.m.
Parkview Whitley Hospital will offer Lamaze classes designed for expecting parents to explore the physical, emotional, and social aspects of birth.
Sessions last four weeks and will be offered Mondays from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in terrace level classroom C. This session will meet April 29, May 6, 13, and 20.
Parent feedback-5:30 p.m.
Whitko Community Schools announce a Title I Parent Feedback Night Monday, April 29 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Whitko Administration Building at 432 S. First St., Pireceton.
Parents of students at Pireceton Elementary School and Title I students at South Whitley Elementary School are welcome to come and give input on developing and reviewing Title I district-wide parent involvement policies and activities.
Parents who are interested in attending the meeting can RSVP with Kim Umbaugh at 574-594-1687 ext. 5138.
The Ray of Hope Narcotics Anonymous group meets every Monday at 7 p.m. at ARC Counseling, which is located at 232 Van Buren St., Columbia City,.
This meeting is open to anyone who thinks they may have a problem with drugs or wishes to learn about how Narcotics Anonymous (NA) helps recovering drug addicts.
There is no cost to participate.
Those who feel they may have a problem with any substance, legal or illegal, including alcohol, are welcome at NA. Recovery in NA focuses on the problem of addiction, not on any particular drug.
