Virginia Allard is transported into Parkview Whitley Hospital’s new facility at 1260 E. Ind. 205 this morning by Huntington Paramedic Brian Miller. Allard’s transfer was part of the hospital’s official opening. The transfer of patients on the scheduled opening date culminates months of preparations for the occupation of Parkview Health System’s 165,000-square-foot, $42 million hospital.
