NO TRASH PICKUP: Collection suspended due to holiday

May 25, 2012

COLUMBIA CITY — Mayor Ryan Daniel wants to remind city residents that there will be no collections on Monday for trash and recycling due to the Memorial Day holiday.
Trash and recycling collections will be performed one day later than normally scheduled.
“If people set their trash or recyclables out Monday, and they are not picked up, that is why,” said Daniel.
Monday collections will be made on Tuesday and Tuesday collections will be made on Wednesday, continuing with that pattern until Friday’s trash is picked up Saturday.
