NEW EMA DIRECTOR SELECTED: Backed by knowledge and experience

COLUMBIA CITY — A new director for the Whitley County Emergency Management Agency was chosen Monday during a meeting of the Whitley County Commissioners. Whitley County Emergency Management Board President Kim Reiff gave his recommendation of Charles Heflin to the commissioners.
