A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday afternoon to commemorate the opening of a new business in downtown Columbia City. Mayor Ryan Daniel cut the ribbon to officially open Bugsyâ€™s Downtown Pizza and Ice Cream Parlor. The restaurant specializes in handmade pizza, breadsticks, deep dish pizza, Bugsy Bombs and hand-dipped hard ice cream and is located at 207 West Van Buren in Columbia City across from Ball Furniture. The grand opening will continue throughout the week.
