COLUMBIA CITY â€” The public has the opportunity to voice its opinion to the Columbia City Common Council tonight regarding the cityâ€™s upcoming sewer rate increase. Due to state and federal mandates and the implementation of the cityâ€™s Long Term Control Plan, an increase is inevitable. The question is: How will that increase be executed is open for discussion.
The meeting is tonight at 7 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall in the Council Chambers.
