OPEN HOUSE: Humane Society slated to celebrate decade of service

COLUMBIA CITY ­— The Whitley County Humane Society is celebrating 10 years serving the needs of homeless animals in the community. There will be an open house Saturday Aug. 23 from noon to 5 p.m. at the shelter, located at 951 S. Line St., Columbia City.
