DRUG BUST: Task force nets 3 arrests

COLUMBIA CITY — Three people have been arrested in relation to a prescription drug fraud case in Columbia City. Timothy Collis and Nichole Perry were charged with prescription drug fraud, and Stacy Hays, the pair’s driver, was booked for possession of drugs.
