Pair caught stealing, selling scrap metal to same victim

COLUMBIA CITY — A pair of individuals are accused of stealing metal to scrap, and then selling it to the person that orginally owned it.

Steven M. Johnson, 35, of Fort Wayne, and Tamara J. Orr, 48, of Speedwell, Tenn., were arrested Dec. 24 for theft.

The pair were arrested at 401 S. Main St. in Columbia City, the site of the old Testworth Labs building.
