PARADE PLANS: Memorial Day parade set for Monday

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City will honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice with a parade Monday.

The event, which begins at 10:30 a.m., will be sponsored by the American Legion.

Line-up for the parade will be on Walnut Street by Eagle Tech Academy.
From there, the parade will proceed down Van Buren Street. It will turn onto Madison Street and end at Greenhill Cemetery.

At the cemetery, the names of local soldiers who have died while serving the country will be read.
