COLUMBIA CITY — An award was recently presented to The Whitley County Community Foundation (WCCF) for its support of individuals with disabilities.

The foundation, which works with numerous nonprofits and funds thousands of dollars in grants each year, was given the 2014 Parternship Award, presented by INARF (Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities), for its work with Passages, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping people with intellectual disabilities.

Not only has the foundation supported Passages’ Creative Learning Center, WCCF employees are personally active in the service of individuals with disabilities.
