PAVING PROGRESS: Traffic tie-ups still to be expected

Resurfacing and asphalt work is still in progress on U.S. 30 through Columbia City. Indiana Department of Transportation is overseeing the project, although the highway travels through the city. Road crews have created traffic tie-ups and delays both on U.S. 30 and intersecting highways such as Ind. 9 and Ind. 109. The project through the city is expected to continue through next week.
