Pete N. Miller, 73, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at Villages Hospital in The Villages Fla.
Born Nov. 8, 1938, in Daviess County, Pete worked as a self employed home building contractor for 42 years.
He was a member of The Chapel, Home Builders Association and Blackhawk Ministries.
Surviving are his wife, Pamela (Culmann) Miller of The Villages, Fla.; sons, Jeff (Dawn) Miller, Mike Miller, Jason Miller, Mitch Miller; stepchildren, Sonya Taylor, Jim Robison, Connie (Kati) Robison; grandchildren, Jenna (Jay) Rosswurm, Michael, Kasey, Cory, Ariel, Mariah, Dalton and Cassie Miller; great-grandchildren, JayLynn Rosswurm and Jackson Rosswurm; stepgrandchildren, Morgan Taylor and Sam Robison; stepgreat-grandchild, Zayla Culmann-Swanson and sister, Margaret Gingrich.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Margaret Miller, brothers, Joe Miller, Alva Miller, Elmer Miller, Amos Miller, John Miller and Paul Miller.
The funeral service is Saturday, 11 a.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior.
Pastor Rick Hawks will officiate.
Calling is Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. with burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
