POSTCARD PIONEER: History, values and collectability to be presented

COLUMBIA CITY — A special program focused on postcards will be presented at the Peabody Public Library, 1160 E. Ind. 205 in Columbia City, Saturday, Aug. 2 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Harley Sheets will be the guest speaker. Sheets is the past president of the Indianapolis Postcard Club and co-founder of the Indiana High School Basketball Historical Society.
