PARADE OF CHAMPS: 4-H projects honored

COLUMBIA CITY — Crowds filled the stands at the Large Show Arena to witness the awarding of several fair categories for the Whitley County 4-H Fair Sunday. More than a hundred 4-Hers’ names were called to receive a medallion as part of the Parade of Champions.
