A narrow band of snowfall resulted in five inches of snow in Churubusco Saturday morning. But, that didn’t stop the Skinner family (at right) from building a huge snowman. Left to right are Desiree, Sam, Josh and Wes Skinner of Churubusco. “Winter has finally come to us,” remarked mom, Desiree. The finished product was said to be a likeness of New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning who won the Super Bowl Sunday on his brother Peyton’s turf in Indianapolis. “I was shoveling the snow and it was so heavy,” said Josh Skinner. “I realized that this snow was every kid’s dream and we woke the boys up and made Eli Manning. At least we have one Manning playing in the Super Bowl.”
