Progress comes after court rules against junk

COLUMBIA CITY — After several meetings with the Whitley County Commissioners and county health department officials, it was Superior Court Judge Doug Fahl that made the final decision on a neglected property in rural Columbia City.

Thomas Ebetino, owner of the property located on County Road 400 South, took his continuing case to court.

After receiving complaints from residents that own property near Ebetino, County Health Specialist Scott Wagner filed the necessary paperwork to have official action taken against Ebetino in September.
