Property assessment form being mailed

CHURUBUSCO – Every year, property owners in the county receive what is known as a Form 11, an assessment form showing either the same property value as the previous year or changes to this year’s value.
The form is sent by the county assessor’s office and is used in determining what property taxes will be when next year’s tax season comes around.
