Ralph Huett, 90

Ralph “Whitie” Paul Huett, 90, of West Lafayette and formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away at 10:19 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at the Indiana Veteran’s Home.
Born Nov. 4, 1922, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Frederick and Irmgard (Stephan) Huett.
Survivors include his two daughters, a son and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City.
The funeral service will immediately follow calling at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Funeral Celebrant Sharon Brockhaus officiating. The burial will take place at the National Cemetery, Marion, at 2 p.m. with military graveside rites by the U.S. Navy.
