RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Hash brown casserole

Hash Brown Casserole
1 lb. hash browns
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pint sour cream
Salt and pepper - dash of each

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
