RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Mom's orange-pineapple salad

Mom's Orange-Pineapple Salad
1 large pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
Pecan pieces

Make Jello with boiling water. Add orange juice, and crushed pineapple with juice. Sprinkle pecan pieces on top. Refrigerate for a least 2 hours before serving.
