Residents to see hike in trash bill

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City residents will see an increase in their trash bill.
The town’s trash committee reported to the Board of Works and Safety on Friday that the current trash contractor, Republic Services of Indiana (DBA National Serv-All) will charge the city $8.98 for trash pickup.
Residents currently pay the town $9.
