REVISIONS: Garage sale policy on town agenda

CHURUBUSCO — If at first you don’t succeed, try again — that seems to be the mantra for Churubusco’s Town Council and the garage sale ordinance that has left many residents upset.

In September, the ordinance fell flat when community members spoke out against the fees and language in the proposed policy.
