RHYTHMICAL STEPS: Hometown ‘star’ evokes the need to dance

Melvin Mullins, an artist from Columbia City, made an appearance Sunday at the Whitley County 4-H Fair. With a laid back atmosphere, a varied music selection and a deep singing voice, Mullin’s concert evoked a need to dance.
