Ritz spends time with Coesse kids

Glenda Ritz (center), Indiana state superintendent, visited Coesse Elementary School Friday where she read to students. Ritz was one of many special guest readers. Before opening her first book selection, fourth graders had some questions about Ritz’s position at the Statehouse.

When children found out that Ritz was “over all the schools in the state,” one boy asked if Ritz could tell his teacher, Mindy Bloomfield, to not give the group any homework.
