ROTARY CLUB: Genesis of famed 4-way test

COLUMBIA CITY — Lee Baatz, new Columbia City Rotary Club president, started his year in office by treating fellow Rotarians to an “interesting” and “inspiring” video concerning the organization’s famed Rotary Four-Way Test which asks: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
