Roush wins NHC, Zoltek finishes fifth in boys race

FORT WAYNE — Lady Eagle runner Samantha Roush raised her win streak to four Saturday morning at the Northeast Hoosier Conference Meet in Fort Wayne.
Sophomore first team all-NHC Roush finished seven seconds ahead of her nearest opponent (19:15), Olivia Hippensteel of Carroll and the rest of the Lady Charger pack.
Though Roush won the race, Carroll controlled the 2-7 slots in the Lady Chargers win by 59 points over second place Homestead.
