Runners fill Tinkham’s Trail

COLUMBIA CITY — In almost perfect weather Saturday, 57 runners competed in Tinkham’s Trail Run at Camp Whitley.
The overall male and female winners managed to keep the hardware in the family.
The overall male winner was Homestead High School freshman Sam Moore while the overall female winner was his sister, Abby Moore. Sam finished the tough 5K course in 20:54. Abby covered the course in 25:56.
