S. Whitley board OKs scaled down festival

July 1, 2011

SOUTH WHITLEY — Fall Festival committee members Ronda and Craig Sroufe attended the town council meeting on Tuesday evening requesting that a portion of State Street be closed on September 18 for the annual car show.
