September 27, 2013

SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko’s football team continued its winning ways Friday night, downing Northfield on homecoming night and staying undefeated in the Three Rivers Conference.

After facing a 14-7 deficit in the first half, the Wildcats rallied to score four touchdowns in the final 24 minutes and take a 34-20 victory.
The charge was led by quarterback Ethan Nicodemus and runningback Tanner Hughes.

Hughes scored the lone first-half TD, then found the end zone twice in the third quarter to spark a comeback for the Wildcats.
