SENTENCE: Indy woman gets 8 years in ’Busco sting

COLUMBIA CITY — An Indianapolis woman was sentenced in Whitley County Circuit Court Monday to eight years to the Indiana Department of Corrections, four to be served and four suspended, for charges relating to August’s drug sting in Churubusco.
According to a plea agreement, Sue Kellems, 21, pleaded guilty to dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a Class B felony and possession of a handgun without a license, a Class A misdemeanor.
According to a Whitley County Drug Task Force case report, Kellems was arrested Aug. 23, along with Damond McCauley, 18, Brian Tracy, 37 and Trent Wilson, 23, after an officer was tipped off to a drug buy.
