Shelly Cramer, 58

Shelly L. Cramer, 58, of Columbia City, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011 at 11:35 p.m. at Parkview Oaks, Columbia City.
Born June 10, 1953 in Wolf Lake, she was the daughter of Teddy R. Hare and DeVona J. Myers-Berg.
She attended Columbia City High School.
A lifetime Whitley County resident, she worked as a waitress for Jimmie’s Pizza and Pizza Hut, Columbia City.
She also worked as a dispatcher for the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department for 12 years prior to working as a department manager for more than six years at Wal-Mart, Columbia City.
Survivors include her son, Shane E. (Charlotte) Youngkin of Avilla; daughter, Crystal J. Cramer of Fort Wayne; mother, DeVona J. (James C.) Berg of Albion; father, Teddy (Bonnie) Hare of Columbia City; sisters and brothers, Cheryl D. (Scott) States of Columbia City, Kim L. (Diana) Hare of Columbia City, Karen Berg of Ocala, Fla., Nicole (Bob) Fravel of Decatur, Jason Hare, Randy Crabill and Tracy Hare all of Columbia City; grandchildren Allyson, Andre, Ashlynn, Braden, Aaron and Corbin.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the funeral service following calling at 3 p.m. Saturday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City with Pastor Dale Mosher officiating.
Burial will immediately follow service at Oak Grove Cemetery, Columbia City. Memorials may be given in memory of Ms. Cramer to the final expense account in care of DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home.
