Shelly Lynn Smith, 62 of Huntington, passed away at 10:50 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013, at her residence. Shelly was born July 9, 1950, in Columbia City, the daughter of Philip A. and Rose M. (Clark) Myers.
Surviving relatives include her husband, a son, a daughter, two brothers, seven grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lyle Myers.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorials may be made out to Parkview Home Healthcare and Hospice or to Miller’s Merry Manor Activity Department both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, IN 46750.
