SHELTER CELEBRATION: Humane Society to mark decade of service

COLUMBIA CITY — The Whitley County Humane Society is celebrating 10 years of caring for homeless animals in Whitley County. A free tour of the county’s animal shelter, located at 951 S. Line St. in Columbia City, will be provided Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. along with food and refreshments.
