South Whitley man tased

NORTH WEBSTER – An alleged active meth lab on the dash of a vehicle that swerved into a ditch to avoid a deer has a Whitley County driver in hot water.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force reported that Deputy Sheriff Chris Francis responded to a crash at 4:39 a.m. Friday on Syracuse/Webster Road, just north of Ind. 13.
