SPARKS FLYIN': Fireworks ignite discussion in ’Busco

CHURUBUSCO ­— “For the sake of the elderly, the safety of animals, and the preservation of private property,” Churubusco resident Dave Taylor petitioned the Churubusco Town Council, asking fireworks be restricted to Churubusco Park.

Churubusco Town Council President Frank Kessler informed Taylor that the ordinance, “was already as restrictive as the state will allow us to be.”
