SR 9 Closed South of Columbia City for Railroad Work

WHITLEY COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that Ind. 9, between Ind. 14 and County Road 500 S, will be closed as of Monday, April 7, as Norfolk-Southern rebuilds the railroad crossing.

The official detour is from Ind. 14 to Ind. 5 to Ind. 205.

The work is expected to be complete by Monday, April 14, weather permitting.
