Students bicycle idea presented to city council

COLUMBIA CITY — The brainchild of local children could some day provide free transportation to residents of Columbia City.
At Tuesday night’s meeting of the Columbia City Common Council, City Police Chief Mike Petersen and Mayor Jim Fleck reported on a fresh new idea being bandied about by a group of youngsters from Mary Raber Elementary School.
