SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko High School recognized seniors who excelled in academics, attendance and service at a ceremony held Friday night.

Honors were given to students who had outstanding attendance, had earned academic honor diplomas, and were achievers on the sports field as well as the classroom.

Among the honors given was an award presented by WHS Principal David Parker. The Principal’s Awards are given to Chelsee Christoffel and Alex Stoddard.

“These students exemplify everything we strive to present at Whitko,” Parker said. “Overall, I am so proud of the Class of 2013.”
