SWES RENOVATIONS: Ceremony marked with anticipation for new amenities

SOUTH WHITLEY — District officials and community leaders gathered in front of South Whitley Elementary School (SWES) Wednesday for a groundbreaking ceremony. The event was held to signify the renovations and additions being made to the elementary school.
