For the cost of two or three tanks of gas, a family of five can enjoy a whole summer of fun.
Season passes to the  Burnworth Pool are on sale now and a pass for families of four or five costs $120. The fee allows all five members of the family to swim at the pool every day all summer long.
Passes for one person are $45, two are $75, three for $100 and more than five are $20 for each additional person.
Daily admission to the pool is $3 to the big pool or $2 for the kiddie pool.
In addition swim lessons are available. There will be three sessions, each lasting two weeks for $40 for one child, $75 for two children and $100 for three children.
The pool can be rented for pool parties at fees of $50 for an hour or $80 for two hours.
The swim team has also started practice but is still taking swimmers.
Pool hours are noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
For more information on any pool program, call 248-5182.
