As part of the ground breaking for the new Parkview Whitley Hospital, Dr. Gary Dillon, Dr. Richard Dickmeyer, Circuit Court judge James Heuer and Mark Nafziger, chief operating officer of Parkview Health, sling ceremonial shovelfuls of dirt. The new hospital will have 30 beds, all in private rooms, and will cost $40.5 million. It is scheduled to open in March 2011.
