Shoppers peruse the selection of hanging baskets Saturday morning at the Farmer’s Market in Columbia City. Proceeds from the basket sales went toward the Columbia City High School band. Other items for sale included many varieties of flowering plants and shrubs, homemade knickknacks, bird houses and an assortment of melted glass bottles that can be used for snack trays. The market continues every Saturday through October.
