Wanted city man found, arrested

COLUMBIA CITY — A wanted local man has been located by police after having eluded law enforcement for more than a year.
Nathan Healy, 27, had an active warrant since August of 2010 for purchasing more than three grams of pseudoephedrine in seven days, according to Columbia City Police Officer Shad Hunter.
