WCCS SHOWS IMPROVEMENT: Current ISTEP+ reaches end

COLUMBIA CITY — With new testing making its way to Indiana this spring, Whitley County Consolidated Schools’ Superintendent Patricia O’Connor took the opportunity to review the district’s history of the ISTEP+ test over the last six years. The data showed an overall upward trend in all grade levels, in both math and English.
