Whitko hoops match up with Southwood

SOUTH WHITLEY— A crucial Three Rivers Conference game is ahead for the Whitko boys and girls basketball teams.

For the boys, they will be searching for their first conference win. The Lady Wildcats will be looking to keep the drive alive for their first TRC title in six years.

The Lady Wildcats are 9-5 and 3-1 in the conference this season. They tip with Southwood at home Saturday at 7:45 p.m.
Last Saturday, the Whitko girls gave Rochester its first TRC loss of the year.

Now they will try to keep the momentum going against the 8-4 Lady Knights (1-2 in the TRC).
